Submission Agreement

1. Voluntary submission

You submit voluntarily and not in confidence. We may review, store, discuss, evaluate, or decline your material, and your submission does not create an employment, fiduciary, agency, partnership, or confidential relationship.

2. Ownership and review license

You keep whatever rights you already own. You grant hanasachiko a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, read, analyze, summarize, evaluate, and internally use your submission for application review, research, product improvement, and studio operations.

3. AI processing

Your submission may be processed by automated systems, including Hana Sachiko, to help summarize material, compare themes, evaluate fit, and improve tools. Human judgment remains central to any creative decision.

4. Similar work

We and our collaborators develop many stories independently. Future work may resemble your submission in theme, premise, character type, or setting. Our obligations are only those stated in a separate signed agreement.

5. If we work together

Payment, credit, ownership, IP sharing, production terms, and artistic control exist only when written in a separate agreement signed by both sides.
